About Macello Meat House
Macello Meat House opened its doors in 2017 and soon became an established name in Liverpool, best known for offering quality prime-cut steaks and ambient atmosphere. Macello priorities the quality of food and therefore, only use the best-sourced meats and ingredients.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Goal
The main goal of the Macello Meat House project was to a create converting, user-friendly website and manage bookings via programmatic e-mail automation. Therefore, before building the website, we have to analyze the brand and what they believe.[/vc_column_text][vc_accordion][vc_accordion_tab title=”Understanding the Brand”][vc_column_text]We put communication before anything else. So, before creating any design we talked about and personally visited Macello Meat House and taste some of their amazing meals (just to get the idea!!) /As we speak(and eat) in the restaurant we get the idea of branding and image they want to create. The uniqueness and quality of the restaurant were obvious, but we went long way.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Designing The Unknown”][vc_column_text]Macello has been known for their friendly staff and incredible hospitality. They put always put the customer in the first place and welcoming everyone with a warm welcome. So we analyzed that their online presence should be the same. We designed straight-talking but friendly, easy to read website friendly as the restaurant.

We used incredibly delicious steak videos and turned them into Gifs to create an easy to watch user experience. Then we set up an email form which set a date, times and people quantity connected with CRM that helps Macello to manage it. Thus, Macello always concentrates on hosting while reservations doing itself properly.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”OPTIMIZING THE MOBILE”][vc_column_text]The last thing we have to look at was the where customers coming to the website. We run an audit and understand the customer behavior in every aspect to optimize the website as they want. Also, we found out that more than %50 of visitors coming from their marvelous Instagram page. Reporting and Cost Control

One of the most critical stages of the development process is of course delivery, but more important is afterpart. We regularly update the website and taking control of the software that we provided for Macello.
